We’ve got 10 seminars coming up this year on the key topics related to Oriental Psychology.

These include workshops on the marvelous protocols associated with the ‘Firing Process’, the spiritual destinies associated with the ‘I-Ching’, Taoist Spiritual Practices including chants and special exercises, the Metaphysics of Zang Fu Diagnosis, deciphering the classics – Art of War, Chuang Tzu, and  Huainanzi, and of course extensive investigations of the 5 Spirits – ethereal soul, heart mind, intellect, the stone soul, and the willpower – with extensive case histories and corresponding commentaries.

Director Michelle Cotterill has been a dream to work with as too has camera ace Ben Shepherd.  

We did well in meeting the demands of the ambitious schedule and look forward to getting the final product out there as soon as is possible!

I think everyone will be pleased with the effort and find it especially user-friendly.

Jaime is still speaking to me which means we’re doing something right!

In the past month, I have reconnected with two very dear old friends. One of them was influential in shaping my future direction in his role as my mentor some 25 years ago. Today, Luis lives in Bogota and among other things is deeply ensconced in translating the works of the spiritual giant Joel Goldsmith into Spanish. He has read my novella ‘The Redemption of Mila’ and agreed to also translate it into Spanish. Serendipity indeed! Currently, ‘The Redemption of Mila’ is included in a collection of stories entitled ‘Spirit Bridge‘. Scroll down to the 3rd product.

The other friend that has stumbled onto my path (or the other way around) is my musical and artistic companion Alessandro. Some 15 years ago, we played and wrote and performed together many times. As fate would have it, he has agreed to translate my distance learning programs into Italian. And, we have also arranged some time to record some new music.

This is my earlier album with the celebrated jazz pianist and composer Stuart Hunter. Have a listen! Just scroll down to the bottom of the page. The album is called Anomaly

I’m not sure what the moral of the story is but it feels wonderful to have been blessed with the reemergence of two very special friends! Now that we’re much older and plenty of water has passed under the bridge, as they say, it will be interesting to see what unfolds in these collaborations.

We at Art of Health have been very busy with tending to our schedules. Without going into that at this point, this post is a gentle reminder to everyone: ‘Take care of things as best you can right here, right now and do what you can to resolve whatever is left hanging in the balance.’

Remember, February 4 ushers in the energy of the new year – Year of Water.

Let us celebrate this new beginning and honor the passing of what has been.
