Next week, at long last, we begin filming of our Television/DVD series on ‘Food As Medicine’. For the past month, the team has been meeting, collaborating, writing, rehearsing, scheduling, and preparing. The show will be fabulous! The episodes are brim-full of juicy content, wonderful food, practical tips and plenty of food for thought as well!

So, all hands are on deck for the next month. Wherever possible, I will endeavour to include progress reports with the odd shot or two.
