Please excuse my tardiness in getting to the blog in recent times. We at Art of Health have been very busy with tending to our schedules. Without going into that at this point, this post is a gentle reminder to everyone: ‘Take care of things as best you can right here, right now and do what you can to resolve whatever is left hanging in the balance.’

Remember, February 4 ushers in the energy of the new year – Year of Water.

Let us celebrate this new beginning and honor the passing of what has been.
