Geoff, Thank you for the blogs. It's rare to hear of the human condition being spoken about with such honesty.

I sense we humans bumble our way through the day, and it's a wonder we make it back to our beds to rest our heads at night!

Taking care of body & mind is paramount.

Nourishment is the order of the day.

Along side the powerful tools of herbs, food, exercise, & sleep, lies a contemplative approach.
Honour the stage of life we are in.
Honour our responsibilities. And leave those that are not.
Engage in a process of accepting life as it presents.
Make peace with our inner-disagreements; eg. Let go of anger.
Sit in silence. Touch base with our maker / the Divine.

The prelude to all of this is challenging, yes; but worth the effort to come through!

I eagerly await further extrapolation in your forthcoming Oriental Psychology workshops.

Warm regards,
Tanya
